What to expect
The technician inspects the phone in front of you, explains the fault, and quotes a price for your model with a choice of A-grade or standard parts. Work begins only after you say yes. You watch the part being replaced, test the phone yourself, and pay by UPI, card, net banking or cash. A small visit charge applies and is adjusted against the bill if you go ahead.
A 90-day Refits warranty covers the same issue. Physical or liquid damage after the repair is not covered.
