Your phone broke at work. Now what?
You dropped it in the lift at Cyber Towers, or it slid off a cafeteria table somewhere in Mindspace. You have meetings all afternoon and no time to go anywhere. In HITEC City, most of our visits start like this, and they end at the office reception with the phone fixed.
How an office visit goes
- Book a slot around your calendar. Lunch break, a gap between calls, or just after work. Use the booking page or WhatsApp us.
- Sort out access. Many HITEC City buildings register visitors at the lobby. Share your building and tower, and raise a visitor pass if your office needs one.
- Inspection and quote. The technician checks the phone in front of you and gives a price for your model, with A-grade or standard parts.
- Repair on the spot. Once you approve, the part is replaced while you watch. Most screen replacements take about 30 minutes after approval.
- Test, then pay. Check touch, display, calls and charging, then pay by UPI, card, net banking or cash.
A small visit charge applies and is adjusted against the bill if you proceed.

Warranty
Each repair has a 90-day Refits warranty. If the same fault comes back within 90 days, we fix it again. Physical or liquid damage after the repair is not covered.

Can the repair happen at my desk?
That depends on your office rules. Reception, a lobby or a meeting room are the usual options.
Is my data safe during the repair?
The phone stays in front of you the whole time, and you can unlock it yourself afterwards to test it.
Can you fix a company-issued phone?
Yes, though check with your IT team first in case the device is still under a manufacturer warranty or company policy.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. There are no fixed prices; the technician confirms the final price after inspection and before any work.
Do you work 24 hours?
No. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
