At your home, on your schedule
We visit 24 hours a day, every day. Tell us when you book if someone else at home, such as a family member or house staff, will meet the technician, and give the gate or entrance details for the house.
When the technician arrives, they inspect the device in front of you and give you a price for your model, with a choice of A-grade or standard parts. Nothing is done until you approve. The part is then replaced on the spot. Most screen replacements take about 30 minutes after approval; other repairs may take longer. You test the phone, then pay by UPI, card, net banking or cash.
A small visit charge applies and is adjusted against the bill if you go ahead. Repairs carry a 90-day Refits warranty on the same issue; physical or liquid damage afterwards is not covered.
