How does doorstep repair work?

Book online, by phone or on WhatsApp. A trained Refits technician visits your home or office at the booked time, inspects the phone in front of you and gives you a price. Once you approve, the part is replaced on the spot while you watch. Most screen replacements take about 30 minutes after inspection; other repairs can take longer.

What is your warranty?

Every repair carries a 90-day Refits warranty covering the same issue. If the same fault comes back within 90 days, we fix it again at no charge. Physical or liquid damage after the repair is not covered.

Is there a visit charge?

Yes, a small visit charge applies for the technician's visit and inspection. It is adjusted against your bill if you go ahead with the repair. The technician confirms the full price before starting any work.

What parts do you use?

We offer A-grade or standard quality replacement parts. The technician explains the options and you choose before any work starts.

Do I pay before or after the repair?

After. You test the phone yourself before paying. We accept UPI, cards, net banking and cash.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Hyderabad and Secunderabad: west (Gachibowli, HITEC City, Kondapur, Madhapur, Kukatpally, Miyapur), central (Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Ameerpet, Begumpet, Mehdipatnam), north and east (Secunderabad, Sainikpuri, ECIL, Kompally, Tarnaka, Uppal) and south-east (Dilsukhnagar, LB Nagar). What are your working hours?

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends.

Are you an authorised service centre?

No. Refits is an independent repair service and is not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Apple, Samsung or any other device manufacturer. Repair by an independent service may affect any remaining manufacturer warranty, so check this before booking if your phone is still under warranty.

Which phones and watches do you repair?

Most iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, OnePlus, Google Pixel, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Realme and Motorola models, plus tablets and smartwatches including Apple Watch. Choose your brand and model on the booking page to see if parts are available.
